Company is Recognized for Transportation Solution that Improves Service Levels, Reduces Transportation Costs by Nearly One-Third

McCue Corporation announced that it has selected Adcco Incorporated for its prestigious “Vendor of the Year 2016” award at an award presentation at its annual company meeting. Adcco was honored for providing an optimized carrier solution that not only enables McCue to improve experience service levels, but also reduces less-than-truckload transportation costs by nearly one-third.
Adcco designed a custom database to collect, audit, and process McCue’s transportation data and provide key metric reporting, just one month following process analysis and in-depth meetings with company department heads. Leveraging six months of transportation data collection, auditing and processing information, Adcco analyzed McCue’s complex, less-than-truckload transportation needs to standardize pricing agreements among its carriers. It presented McCue with nine optimized carrier combination solutions, which covered a wide range of service and cost points. By implementing one of the options, McCue was able to significantly improve service levels, and at the same time, reduce its less-than-truckload transportation costs by 31.8 percent.
