Jason P. Colacchio – President

Prior to joining Adcco in 1994, Jason Colacchio was an Electrical Engineer with Raytheon’s Missile Systems Division.

When he first joined Adcco, Jason was responsible for the effective upgrade and automation of the company’s computer systems and databases, including the design of a customized customer database. He also was responsible for developing fleet operational optimization services, and key company performance metrics that are still used today.

In 2000, Jason was promoted to President of Adcco, when Tony Colacchio was named Executive Vice President.

Jason’s analytical and mathematical expertise continues to play an important role in Adcco’s ability to analyze transportation provider rates and service, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide accurate metric reporting to customers.

Jason Colacchio graduated from Boston University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.


Anthony D. Colacchio – Adcco Founder (1945-2018)

Tony Colacchio founded Adcco Incorporated in 1978, following 10 years in senior-level operational and financial positions in the transportation industry. Prior to founding Adcco, he was Director of Transportation for The Limited Stores, Inc., based in Columbus, OH; and Director of Transportation for Marshalls Department Stores (Woburn., Mass.). Tony also was Traffic Manager for Doehla Greeting Cards Inc. based in Nashua, NH.

Leveraging his vast experience in transportation, Tony founded Adcco to help companies effectively reduce their transportation costs and increase profitability. Tony initially created Adcco as a consulting firm, singularly committed to negotiating better deals for its customers and helping them efficiently conduct freight bill auditing, carrier and fleet evaluations and management reports. Following a study conducted for Malden Mills in 1989, he decided to expand Adcco’s services to include Dedicated Fleet Services, which was branded Spinning Wheels Express, and later also included the Spinning Wheels Express Brokerage Division.

Tony passed away on November 7, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer. Throughout his many years with Adcco, Tony’s goal remained the same — to minimize transportation costs while providing the highest level of service. Today, this goal continues to guide Adcco’s mission and values.


Neil D. MacIsaac – Vice President of Operations

Neil MacIsaac, Vice President of Operations, joined Adcco’s team in 2002 as the Onsite Logistics Manager for client Malden Mills, and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2008.

Before joining Adcco, Neil was with 3PLex, Inc., a transportation software company providing a transportation management system for third-party logistics companies. Prior to 3PLex, he was Export Supervisor for Malden Mills, responsible for managing the company’s export shipments by air and sea .

Previously, Neil was Onsite Logistics Supervisor, responsible for managing all of Roadway Express’s shipments to and from Malden Mills. After a successful introduction of this new program, Malden Mills and Roadway decided to move Neil from Roadway Express to Roadway Logistics (later acquired by FedEx Supply Chain Services) to expand the portfolio of services. Through his career at Roadway Express, Neil gained expertise in every operational position within the trucking industry, including Outbound Supervisor, Inbound Supervisor, Planning Supervisor, and Line Haul and City Dispatch.

Neil graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Distribution and Transportation Management. He also earned a graduate certificate in Transportation Management from Northeastern University.


Guy Chretien – Vice President of Finance

Overseeing the accounting, IT, human resources and risk management functions, Guy brings more than 20 years of business management experience to Adcco. Prior to joining Adcco in 2004, he was an independent accounting software consultant for several years.

Previously, Guy held a variety of finance positions, including Controller, Vice President of Finance and Director of Finance in diverse industries , such as public television, furniture manufacturing and sales, and software development.

Guy graduated from the University of Idaho .


Danielle Patti – Senior Brokerage Manager

Danielle, Senior Brokerage Manager, was previously Manager of Brokerage Operations for Adcco beginning in 2001. Her commitment to customer service and 24/7 communication has made Danielle a valuable asset to the company and its brokerage division customers.

Prior to assuming her previous position, Danielle was the Account Manager for Spinning Wheels Express Dedicated Fleet. She joined Adcco’s team in June of 1997 as a Spinning Wheels Express fleet payroll and billing clerk.

Danielle has extensive experience in several key areas of freight brokerage, including dry van shipments, refrigerated /temperature-sensitive loads, moving international freight domestically, appointment and time-sensitive freight, intermodal moves, partial truckloads and volume shipments.
